With very surprising words, Maggie Gallagher has stepped down from her post as president.

“I have some very good news to announce for you today: NOM has a new president. Today, the board of NOM announced that we are promoting Brian Brown, who you all know as NOM’s capable and charismatic executive director, to the position of President of NOM.”

Our friend and colleague Dr. Jim’s website had a very interesting article about Maggie Gallagher’s personal life not mirroring her outside appearance. Maggie’s words preach about how marriage should be, after all, she is the president of National Organization for Marriage (NOM) we all have been dodging stones from.

Dr. Jim’s website brings up the following fact, Gallagher’s eldest child was conceived and born OUT of wedlock. Now, for us, that does NOT lessen the child and that is not uncommon that a child is conceived/born out of wedlock. However, for someone (almighty Maggie) to preach the sanctity of marriage, and who is preoccupied with the sexual lives of others, how does her own actions give her any more right to throw stones.
