What will 2011 bring? More equality? More hope? More accomplishments? We wish everyone a bright new year with enlightenment, joy, goal achievement, and prosperity. May your hearts be filled with love and desire to respect others and most of all, respect yourself. Here’s to you in ‘11.
So, since we will be celebrating 2011 in a few days, we must remember to be safe and have options. If you do plan on drinking, remember there are public transit options, designated drivers, taxis, and old-fashioned slumber parties. Be safe this year and the next.
Sometimes we receive gifts that are unwanted, non-returnable, or can replace something old. Or, you may feel that you still want to be giving rather than receiving. What do you do? Donate!
Simple tip: locate your local LGBT center that is in need of donations and find out what they need and if you can help them. How great will that be? New Year, New and thoughtful you!
