Fall into the GAP
Kristina Militante of Gap, Inc. states, ‘Gap Inc. empowers employees to be true to themselves and embrace one another. That is what sets us apart from other companies: diversity is everyday life.’
Militante is not only the senior director of Gap’s IT, and Outlet Division, she also president of GEAR-Gay Employees Allies and Resources. GEAR is about equal treatment to employees, provide outreach, and donate to LGBT causes.

With the Holiday travel rush upon us, we must use strict caution with traveling. We all want to see our loved one’s, so make sure to exercise patience and safety no matter if you are going to Iceland or crossing a street of ice. Also dress appropriately for the weather, and enjoy!

If you are lucky and its warm out, check out their ‘Legalize Gay’ T-shirts, or if its super cold with a wind chill of negative something, take a gander at some hats!
We love living in a warmer climate, but there was something nice about having the wind chill and inches of snow that gave you the excuse to stay inside and curl up in a blanket!
