We went from California Dreamin’ to California Waitin’ again. Hey Gays & Lesbians, you can get married, no you can’t, yes you can, no you can’t. So again the stay is on, and the appealing process will commence in December, and it will take about a year or more to reach the SCOTUS. California needs to stop shakin around, we love that this land gave us the opportunity, but it only gave it for a short time.
Wasn’t it a rule from primary school that if you pulled out a piece of candy during class, you better have brought enough for the rest of the class. So again, Cali has part of the class with candy and part without. Lets get this figured out.

Well, even though a carry-on caused a major amount of publicity last week, at least that passenger didn’t have to pay for his carry on. But he probably should from now on. Anyway. If you need a flight…treat yourself to JetBlue.
JetBlue happily sponsors the Pride parade in Utah. Each Jet Blue seat has its own satellite television so that you may have your own little living room at 35,000 ft! As they say…Happy Jetting!
Also, they are one of the 5 airlines that vowed NOT to charge for carry-ons
Go Jet Blue!

Nestor Berchot, only 45, died after collapsing at his wedding. High blood pressure contributed to his passing out and eventually dying hours later. He is survived by his husband, Adrian Garcia. They were one of the first Gay couples to be legally married in Argentina.
For his widow, we wish he could of had longer time with his love Nestor, but he died a happily married man. Our hearts go out to Mr. Garcia, friends, and family of Mr. Berchot.

Nearly 2 years after prop 8 passed, the proposition has been repealed and the STAY IS LIFTED, therefore marriages can commence on August 18, 2010 @ 5pm.

We are married here, we are married now, and no one will stop our marriage. We want to see more of our friends, who are couples, have the option to tie the knot and enjoy the benefits all other married couples do. Separate is NOT equal.

The Olympics aren’t truly over this year. Gay Games 2010 are now occurring in Cologne, Germany from July 31-August 7th.
Since 1982 in San Francisco, The Gay Games, unlike the Olympic Games, enable people from all walks of life to compete against each other regardless of skill level, age or physical challenge.
The last Gay Games (4 years ago) were held in Chicago at the same time of my sister’s wedding. Her wedding was probably more Gay than mine. Her wedding was at the Museum of Contemporary Art-Chicago, so we all stayed in hotels nearby. All the hotels were packed with 11,600 gorgeous, Gay and Lesbian athletes from all over the world who were participating at the Gay Games.
